Frequently asked billing questions
What happens when I hit my event limit?
New events are rejected with HTTP 429. Existing data is preserved. Upgrade your plan or wait for the monthly reset on the 1st.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data is retained for 90 days on all plans, even after downgrade.
How does the annual discount work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at 10× the monthly price (2 months free). You can switch between monthly and annual at renewal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not store card details — all billing is handled securely by Stripe.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is permanently free with no time limit. Paid plans do not currently have a trial period — start free and upgrade when you need more.
